One & Done
Tell your story once.
Ideally on a day when the sky is blue.
After a disaster, the same family retells the same story to portal after portal: who they are, what happened, what it cost them. Every funder asks in its own format, and the people with the least left are asked to do the most paperwork. One & Done is RCN’s answer: one application that adapts to who you are, holds your documents and certifications in one place, and is built to be reused across the funders and programs that can actually help.
One front door
Five kinds of applicant. One thread.
Recovery money flows to households, businesses, nonprofits, governments and community lenders through entirely different doors. One & Done starts with one question, who is applying, and shapes everything after it, so the same front door serves all five without asking anyone a question that is not theirs.
Whoever you are
One application
only the sections that apply to you
Reused across
Some public funders accept applications only through their own systems. Where that is the case, One & Done prepares you and points you there, and your record keeps track of the outcome either way.
Only what applies
The form rebuilds itself around you.
Fifteen sections exist. Nobody sees all of them for no reason. A household is never asked for a project narrative; a community lender is never asked which rooms flooded. The impact assessment itself changes shape for each applicant type, so what you are asked is always about you.

Why funders trust it
One application, honestly accounted.
An application that reaches many funders only works if every funder can trust what is in it. One & Done is built around the discipline that makes stacked assistance legitimate.
Gathered once
Deeds, leases, tax records, insurance declarations, estimates and photos: the same documents every funder asks for, collected one time against a checklist instead of once per portal.
Certified once
Eight certifications cover what funders need to trust an application, including the commitment to disclose every award received, so honesty is built into the form rather than checked afterward.
Counted correctly
Assistance already received, from insurance to federal aid, is captured at intake and netted before any award is allocated, and the disclosure record is visible to every participating funder. That is what US disaster law requires, done once instead of eight times.

“The best day to apply is a day when nothing is wrong.”
